A vibrant meeting point: Innsbruck

Magic Carpets partners were thrilled to meet for their annual project info exchange at the beautiful city of Innsbruck. Hosted by our Austrian partners, Openspace.Innsbruck platform members and partners gathered for a three day brainstorming and networking sessions as well as to catch up with their residency projects across Europe.

Moments after the Partners’ meeting Curators’ capacity building programme continued the stay in Innsbruck. With the various workshops, reflection sessions and studio visits, emerging curators aimed to reflect on the first year project & personal development, practice co-creation and understand its benefits in community building and to review methods used & challenges faced while working with an artist and community in public space.
