The goal of the organisation is to make the city of Budweis a cultural metropolis by 2028 based on the possibility of involving all the inhabitants of the region in cultural life, creating a sustainable cultural environment and transforming Budweis from a regional metropolis to a European metropolis through the establishment of new European partnerships. Approximately 60 projects - cultural, artistic, capacity building and outreach - will be used for this purpose, which will be implemented by 2029 mainly in Budweis and the South Bohemian region. The main areas that the projects deal with are communities, caring institutions, public space, regional narratives, traditions, perspectives, safe space and empowerment, creative education, environment, connecting science and art and celebrations.
