The Magic Carpets partners’ meeting in Wrocław (Poland)on the 16th-17th of November, 2025 brought together the network for two days of presentations, discussions and shared reflection hosted at Barbara. The meeting opened with a welcome and project overview by Project Manager Neringa Kulik, followed by a collective check-in and moderation throughout the programme by Latica Mladina.

Partners reviewed key strategic documents of the project, including the Greening & Sustainability Toolkit introduced by Brigita Bareikytė, with facilitated discussions and notes for final steps. A substantial part of the meeting was dedicated to Year 1 (2025) residency presentations, during which partners from across the network shared their projects, processes and local contexts. These sessions were complemented by moderated panel discussions exploring themes such as food, sustainability and tradition, storytelling and perspectives, memory and heritage, and community-focused co-living and experimentation.

The programme also included a guided tour of RECEPCJA and its creative workspaces, led by Agnieszka Jamroszczak, offering insight into Wrocław’s local artistic ecosystem. On the second day, partners received communication updates and an End-of-Year Event presentation by Paulina Brelińska-Garsztka, followed by collective feedback. An in-depth audience engagement workshop led by Agata Etmanowicz (“Impact Foundation”) focused on participation strategies, accessibility, inclusion and audience research in relation to the upcoming end-of-year event.

The meeting concluded with final residency presentations, thematic panel discussions moderated by Latica Mladina, and a collective check-out, reinforcing shared learnings, alignment across the partnership, and the collaborative spirit of the Magic Carpets project.
