MagiC Carpets Italia #4 – Terra Mater

The new myth of Corviale will born in a sound walk animated by music, rituals, noises, voices, performances and magic sheets.

The artists who will accompany us are Guendalina Salini (Rome) and Yaryna Shumska (Lviv, Ukraine) and for the occasion they have reinterpreted the Serpentone (the name of the building) by creating paths and performances that will make it resound and live through multiple forms. The event is realized in collaboration with the artist María Ángeles Vila Tortosa and the La Frangia association.

We will start with a sound walk made by Guendalina Salini and Marco Stefanelli, divided into five stops that will be animated by local and non-local artists, including: Monica Melani, Mirko Ceccaroli and Filuccio Risoli, Matteo Fella and Fabrizio De Sibi, in addition to the musicians Giulia Anita Bari and Federico Pascucci.

At the end of the walk, we will reach the Corviale Amphitheater where the sheets made by María Ángeles Vila Tortosa during the workshops, will enrich the scenography where Yaryna Shumska’s performance will take place.
